She has rings on her fingers and multiple bracelets on her wrist. Behind her, there is a bookshelf filled with colorful books about travel destinations and children's books, and a window on the left side of the image.

My Practice

I am a clinical social worker with my Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto, registered with the OCSWSSW and OASW. I work using a systemic lens, taking into account factors including your upbringing, your relationships, social and cultural contexts to widen my understanding of the patterns and structures that frame your life. Through this approach I aim to not only addresses presenting mental health symptoms, but seeks to identify their root causes so we can recognize and interrupt them at the source.

Using a client-centred approach, I never position myself as an authority, but rather a teammate to help you understand and navigate the struggles you’re facing. I believe that combining my expertise in psychology, social factors, mental health and therapeutic frameworks and your expertise in your experiences, beliefs and perspectives creates the most transformative outcomes.

Much of my clinical practice has been working alongside survivors of gender-based violence, where I have witnessed the profound impact of trauma and major life changes and the remarkable capacity for people to heal through resilience, courage, and the right support. My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you don’t have to carry everything on your own. Whatever has brought you here, I’d be honoured to support you as you move toward healing, self-understanding and the life you want to create.
